In 2018, BTL introduced the world to EMSCULPT – a first of its kind device that exposes targeted areas to powerful contractions to build muscle and burn fat. When a patient’s problem area is exposed to HIFEM (High-intensity Focused Electromagnetic), the fat cells die and remove themselves from the body all while allowing the muscle to re-structure and re-tone into a more desired, sculpted shape. EMSCULPT NEO enhances this technology by also adding radio frequency emissions which enhance the fat burning and muscle toning capabilities of treatment in less time than your typical EMSCULPT treatments.

EMSCULPT NEO simultaneously emits synchronized RF (radio frequency) and HIFEM+ energies. The RF heating prepares the muscle for a workout – just like an exercise warmup. 4 minutes is all it takes for the temperature in the subcutaneous fat to reach apoptosis levels. After treatment, you can resume all of your daily activities with zero downtime. You will likely experience a post-workout feeling with some mild additional soreness around your targeted treatment area, but no rest or recovery are needed! At least 4 treatments are needed to see lasting results, but the amount of treatments may vary depending on your situation & goals. In general, we recommend 6 treatments a few days apart for the most optimal result.
