An evening of wine, nibbles, and honest conversation with three women providers — about the things most of us were taught not to bring up.
RSVP required by Monday, August 25.
Most women wait years before mentioning any of this to a provider — often because no one ever told them there were options. This evening exists to change that.
If any of the following sound familiar, you are in a very large and very quiet majority:
Leaking when you cough, laugh, sneeze, or exercise
A sudden urge to go, or trouble making it in time
Waking up more than once a night to use the bathroom
Dryness or discomfort during intimacy
Changes in sensation or satisfaction
Pelvic floor weakness after childbirth
Changes that started around perimenopause or menopause
Recurring urinary or vaginal infections
What non-surgical options actually exist, how they work, and — just as importantly — what they can't do. Straight answers, no overselling.
Why leaking happens, why it's so common after childbirth and menopause, and what can be done about it without surgery.
How hormonal changes affect everything from sleep and mood to skin and intimacy — and how we approach evaluation at medAge.
The conversation most women never get to have with a provider. Frank, respectful, and genuinely without embarrassment.
Every provider in the room is a woman. That's deliberate — these conversations are easier when they don't require translation.
Founder of medAge and the physician behind our approach to customized medicine and aesthetics.
Clinical Lead at medAge, leading our wellness and hormone optimization programs.
Aesthetic nurse and our specialist in women's wellness treatments and patient education.
Check in, get a glass of wine, and settle in. No need to be early, and no seating chart.
A brief hello from Dr. Ellis and a chance to meet the team.
What these conditions are, why they happen, what today's non-surgical options actually involve, and what results are realistic.
Ask anything. If you'd rather not ask in front of the room, write it down and we'll answer it anonymously.
Optional five-minute one-on-one conversations with a provider, in a private room. Just conversation — no exam, and nothing to undress for.
We're keeping this small on purpose — so there's time for real questions and a private conversation with a provider if you want one.

Not at all. This evening is open to anyone, and we'd genuinely love to meet you. If you're bringing a friend who's new to the practice, even better.
No. Nothing about this evening is clinical in that way. The mini-consultations are private conversations in a closed room — you stay fully dressed, and you can end the conversation whenever you like.
It's an education evening. We'll explain what these treatments are and what they involve, and if you want to move forward we'll make that easy. If you don't, come for the conversation and the wine — that's a completely fine outcome.
Plenty of people will. Come alone, come with a friend, come with your sister — all of it works.
Completely. We don't share a guest list, mini-consultations happen behind a closed door, and nothing you discuss leaves the room. Discretion is the entire point of hosting an evening like this.
Call us at 828-684-1212 and we'll arrange a private consultation at a time that works. You won't miss out on anything by not attending.
Thirty seats, three providers, and an evening for the conversation you've probably been putting off.
