Dr. Jonathan Frakes is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with clinical experience spanning rehabilitation, sports medicine, and performance coaching. He founded Resurgence Rehab & Performance — a practice built on the premise that the line between rehabilitation and performance is artificial, and that patients deserve providers who can navigate both.
His approach to longevity and performance medicine is rooted in movement quality, structural integrity, and progressive loading — not on volume or intensity for their own sake. The goal of every Foundation: Performance protocol he designs is function that compounds over decades, not peak performance that degrades.
Dr. Frakes joined Foundation as Dr. Long's physical performance partner because the program's philosophy aligned with his own clinical convictions: that the best health outcomes come from integrating the medical and the physical rather than treating them in isolation.
